Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility Window
Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Conditions for Returns or Exchanges

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.

  • All tags, manuals, and accessories must be included.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number, confirmation email) must be provided.

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to the customer at their expense.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Discounted or final sale items

  • Products damaged due to misuse

How to Request a Return or Exchange
Send an email to sac@olivienne.com with the following details:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Registered email address

  • Product name

  • Reason for return/exchange

  • Photos or videos in case of defect

Our team will provide the return address and instructions.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.

Exchanges
Once the return is approved, a replacement product will be shipped (subject to availability).
