Shipping & Delivery Policy

Estimated Delivery Time
Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. The estimated delivery time ranges from 7 to 15 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

Please note that unforeseen events such as customs inspections, postal delays, strikes, or natural disruptions may affect delivery times. These circumstances are beyond our control, but we will always do our best to support you in resolving any issues.

Tracking Information

  • Every order comes with a tracking code.

  • The tracking number will be sent to the customer’s email within 5 business days after processing.

  • Tracking updates may take a few days to appear once the package is in transit.

Carriers & Delivery
We partner with trusted international couriers and local postal services for deliveries. In cases where delivery is not possible due to address restrictions or absence of the recipient, the carrier may leave a notice for pick-up at the nearest location.

Address Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. Address changes are only accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, changes cannot be guaranteed, and Olivienne will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Failed Deliveries
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address details, refusal to accept, or unclaimed status, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
